MVC Friday Stat Pack

A key week in Missouri Valley Conference baseball arrives, with all eyes turned to Terre Haute, where the Indiana State Sycamores and their 11-game winning streak are waiting to welcome in Southern Illinois in a battle of #1 vs. #2 in the Valley standings. Either team earning a sweep would really put a gulf between that team and most of the league. Missouri State already has a jump on the weekend with a win over Belmont last night, and today’s stat pack includes that game. Meanwhile, Bradley visits Illinois State this weekend, while UIC visits Valpo. Evansville will take on Murray State, but that series in beautiful Murray, Ky., won’t start until tomorrow.
